MARION HARRELL DIED YESTERDAY
Passed Away At His Home Near Fenns
After Several Months Illness

Marion Franklin Harrell, age sixty-six, died Friday night at 9:45 o'clock at his home in Shelby township, near Fenns Station. His death was caused by angina pectoris, and followed an illness of several months.
Mr. Harrell was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James E. Harrell. He was born in Shelby county and had lived in the county practically all of his life. He was a farmer by occupation and had always made his home on a farm. He was born March 10, 1862. Mr. Harrell had never married. He was a member of the Odd Fellows lodge at Fairland.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Barbara E. Sawyer, who lived at his home, and Mrs. Eda A. Butler, of Shelbyville, and two brothers, Joe Harrell and Lee Harrell, of the Smithland community.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at two o'clock at the Lewis Creek Baptist church, the Rev. John Love, pastor of the Christian church at Fenns, officiating. Burial will be made in the Lewis Creek Baptist cemetery. Morris H. Sleeth in charge.
