  Frances is listed as being born in 1855 in the 1860 Census, she is also listed with the spelling of her name as Francis E. I about imagine that it was supposed to be like all others when under a year and be 5/12. In the 1870 Census she is listed as being born in 1861. Althought find a grave has Frances's middle name as Eleanor, I have not found documented proof of this and it is not on the grave stone either so I will leave her middle name as E until i find the proof.
