The cemetery was located on the southeast corner of the intersection of S. Gallatin Street and W. 5th Street. All remains but three were recorded as being relocated.
The cemetery is listed in the Cemetery and Burial Grounds Registry of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and in the State Historical Architectural and Archaeological Research Database (SHAARD) with Cemetery Record Number CR-27-6 (Fifth Gallatin Street).
